Strength Training for Children Aged 8-12

These classes are an introduction to resistance training for both boys and girls aged 8-12. Sessions are Monday and are £5 per session or £25 for a 6 week block.
You will learn how to lift weights safely using the correct form and technique. Each session you will learn a new skill to build strength and confidence and you will end with a fun workout of the day.
You can expect mini assault courses, scaled down CrossFit workouts, circuit training and games.
There are so many benefits you will acquire from this training which include:
